You all find yourself sitting in one of the most prominent cantinas on a planet called Corellia. The capital city, Coronet, is bustling with people, and aliens of all kinds of races. Many people have their different reasons for being here, while business and trade is very important on this planet, considering it is a core world, even illegal types of business go on. You find yourself, here, because of either your own terms or to serve you faction. The most important, and currently feuding factions are the Republic and the Empire, while smaller ones dot the galaxy, and are still a force to be reckoned with.
The cantina has a lively band playing the most popular songs, and all kinds of interesting people are to meet here. A cluster of nomads tuck themselves away in their robes, sipping on their drinks quietly. Exotic dancers are in the back rooms, servicing customers to their desires, while the bartender mixes some cocktails for the party-goers. But your business isn't only to drink and mingle with the women, for whatever it may be.
A man walks into the Cantina, dressed in a dark drab, with a ceremonial robe hidden within his dark cloak that looms behind. His complexion and skin is pale, while dark circles under his eyes form. He sits there, while various people eye him suspiciously, he slides a credit chip to the bartender. "Every man who buys a drink in here the next fifteen seconds, put their drinks on me."
'
The bartender gives him a weird look, as a horde of massive drunkards and people claw their way to the table. It is a scene of chaos, while the mysterious man simply laughs. He finds himself a table, and makes himself comfortable.
You are unsure if you should approach him or not, but you return to your business, and consider it.
The rest of the cantina jeers and laughs at the struggle that seems to ensue, but yet you remain out of the fight, simply because getting brutalized by drunkards isn't a good way to spend your time.
You continue to watch the man, and take notice of others spying as well. He sits in the back of the room, his figure and posture menacing. He takes a sip of a drink, and pulls out a datapad, reading transcripts and surveillance of a sort. A group of muscular men walk over to him, pointing fingers. "This is our Cantina, and we make the rules around here, and we don't like you." They boast, and jeer at him. But the mysterious figure just simply sits there, where you can see a devilish grin escape his shroud.
"Hey, you listenin', punk?" one of the ruffians asks intimidatingly. The man continues not to answer, but only grin.
One of the ruffians grabs the man by the collar, ready to bludgeon him with another fist. The man protests with a finger in rebellion, and snaps it. The ruffian's wrist bends backwards in an unnatural manner, and he screams in pain, writhing on the floor. The rest back up, leaving the mysterious man alone, at last.
GENERAL BACKGROUND/INFO
Factions -
Empire: A faction that is consistent of evil, and mostly wrongdoings, and run by the Imperial government. However, the government isn't entirely evil, but rather the people who control it. They consist of holding many Imperial commandos, and Sith within their ranks, and are allied with the Sith Empire, a force-using unofficial faction.
Sith Empire: An unofficial embodiment into the regular Empire, where Sith Lords rule over Imperial planets along with the governors and staff, and are the followers of the Emperor. They follow the Rule of Two in their training, where the Apprentice follows the teachings of the Master, until he or she is strong enough to kill the Master and take the title. They remain attuned to the Dark Side of the force, using powers such as Force Lightning and Force Choke to mutilate and murder their enemies viciously.
Republic: A group of politicians, statesmen, and troopers out to spread democracy and peace to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Allied, but not officially joined with the Jedi Order, (Much like the Sith Empire and the regular Empire),
this group of individuals are dedicated to peacekeeping, but share their fair amount of corrupt politicians themselves. They have been at uneasy peace with the Empire for a long time, considering their paralleling factions and disagreements on issues.
Jedi Order: A group of noble force-users dedicated to preserving peace throughout the galaxy, however, they sacrifice the pleasures of life, such as Love and pleasantries in order to preserve the peace, and focus all of their power on the bettering of others. They wield the Light Side, commonly, as their main side of the Force, using powers such as healing, shields, and other supportive methods of force-using. They commonly follow the teachings of Master and Apprentice, but without the homicidal rivalry in between.
Mercenaries: Freelance fighters and gunmen dedicated to taking down criminals, stealing contraband, or doing any work that pays in order to get by. Usually they do not stand on either main faction, because most of their business tends to be illegal anyway. However, it is not unheard of the Republic and Empire hiring mercenaries to take down their toughest enemies...
Mandalorians: These are some of the toughest, most brutal people out there. Following a group of fellow Mando's in a clan, these are warriors at heart, who are dedicated to battle, and live for the glory of battle, whether it be defeat or victory. They wage total war and show no mercy to their enemies, and some of the greatest villans and heroes have faced the leaders of these clans, the one called Mandalore. They are small and scattered, but are not to be trifled with.
Neutral: This is pretty general. The people who are not involved are called neutral citizens, and will usually live on planets that are not officially controlled by either the Repubic or Empire.
[NOTE: None of these factions have concrete laws or morals, that declare you must follow the description to the exact word. Such as, there are occasions where there were 'nice' Sith and 'cruel' Jedi.]
Setting: After the first great war between the Empire and Republic, which was solved by the Treaty of Coruscant, and an unsteady peace had emerged from the darkness, but is almost about to be broken by unknown forces.. Another war is to happen very soon.
[Tensions are extremely high, and the galaxy is on the verge of peril and a second Great War]

SPECIES:
These are the known Humanoid species of the Star Wars Universe, and are the most commonly found. It is recommended that you choose these in the RP.
Human: A species that are completely universal, and have the highest diversity in culture and jobs throughout the galaxy. They make excellent craftspeople, warriors, and make up most of the Jedi and Sith orders.
Ithorian: A strange looking species, where they are mostly found as politicians and crafters. These are fields they excel in.
Zabrak: [This is the species Darth Maul is, you little fanboys] Another variant and humanoid species, they have no significant difference between themselves and regular humans, with the exception of horns protruding from their skull and ceremonial tatoos, which is part of their culture.
Twi'lek: A humanoid species that can come in many colors, and are often found as female exotic dancers in Cantinas. These are a species just as diverse as humans, and the only thing setting them aside from regular humans is their tentacle-heads, which are called lekku's and their ears in the shape of pyramids under these lekku's.
Wookiee: [Not sure if this counts as humanoid, but these furry motherfuckers are badasses] A species native to Kashyyk, but are found occasionally enslaved by Imperial governments, have called the biggest forests of Kashyyk 'home'. They are powerful, and muscular, yet intelligent creatures, and are mostly found treating to their villages and remaining somewhat primitive.
Culture/Language:
A majority of the galaxy speaks Basic (English) and so do the Aliens that closely inhabit human worlds. However, it is not unheard of to hear aliens in speaking in their native tongue, and many species are incapable of producing the sounds required to speak basic, while many are incapable of doing the so for certain alien languages. Prominent examples of these are the Hutts, which cannot speak Basic, nor can any other species speak Huttese. This will be clarified later, when the time comes.

Gangster: Even gangs still exist, but mostly with aliens.
Civil Protection: Cops of Star Wars. Assist in city matters.
